For Celeste Sarabia, the foundation of hospitality has always been simple: good food, good drinks, and a good time. What makes those experiences exceptional, however, is everything happening behind the scenes.
With more than 17 years of experience spanning restaurants, bars, nightlife, luxury dining, and multi-concept operations, Celeste has built her career understanding hospitality from both sides of the business: the experience guests remember and the operational decisions that make it possible.
Working alongside some of the industry’s most recognized hospitality groups, she identified a challenge that extended far beyond any single concept: the disconnect between a company’s vision and its team’s ability to bring that vision to life.
Too often, expectations were established without the education, leadership, or operational structure needed to achieve them. Teams were taught what to do, but not always why it mattered. The result was inconsistency, missed opportunities, and businesses operating below their potential.
Celeste founded Next Round Hospitality to change that.
Built on the belief that education creates understanding and intentional execution drives performance, Next Round brings a practical, operator-led approach to developing people, strengthening businesses, and creating experiences that consistently deliver on their promise.
